Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 By enrolling in golf lessons, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.2 Golf lessons are provided by Matt Williams PGA Professional at your choosen venue, either Parley Golf Centre or Bunker Bay.

1.3 These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the instructor.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Lesson bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

2.2 Payment can be made in full on the day of lessons. Any individual that abuses this flexibility will be required to pay in full upon booking.

2.3 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and cash.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Participants may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours notice of the lesson will be subject to paying the full cost of the lesson or losing the lesson if part of a pre-paid membership.

3.3 No-shows will be subject paying the full fee or losing the lesson if part of a pre-paid membership.

3.4 In the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the instructor reserves the right to reschedule lessons, providing as much notice as possible.

4. Liability

4.1 Golf lessons involve physical activity, and participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk.

4.2 The instructor is not liable for injuries, accidents or property damage during lessons, except for where caused by negligence.

4.3 Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings during the lesson.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Participants are expected to act respectfully towards the instruction, other participants and golf course staff.

5.2 Failure to adhere to the venues rules otherwise inappropriate behaviour may results in termination of lessons without refund.

6. Lesson Policies

6.1 Lessons start promptly at scheduled time, Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time. 

6.2 Participants are responsible for bringing their own golf clubs and gear unless otherwise stipulated.

6.3 Any specific participant goals or requirements should be communicated to the instructor prior to the lesson.

7. Use of Media

7.1 The instructor may take photos or videos during lessons for training and promotional purposes.

7.2 Participants must inform the instructor if they do not wish to be included in promotional media.

8. Minors

8.1 Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present or provide written consent to be left unaccompanied for lessons.

8.2 Parents/guardians are encouraged to remain on-site during lessons

​

9. Governing Law

9.1 There terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK law.

10. Agreement

By booking a lesson, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
